What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing, appropriate for the ambient temperature. Ambient temperatures airborne will be cooler than those at the surface. A light jacket is certainly acceptable. We recommend closed toe shoes.  No flip-flops or open heels.

What time do I arrive for my flight?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled flight for a preflight briefing.

May through November. Weather and ambient temperatures permitting.

Morning is best. Evenings prior to sunset. Certain times of the year, weather permitting, afternoon flights are also an option.

A headset will be provided for you. Just  bring your sunglasses or eye protection, and of course your enthusiasm!

During your sightseeing flight, you will enjoy various points of interest along the route of flight for the tour package you have selected.

Payment will be made when you arrive, prior to your sightseeing flight.

The forms of payment we accept are cash, checks and credit card. A 2.6% transaction fee will be charged when paying via credit card.

How can I cancel or reschedule?

You can reschedule or cancel your flight by phone. Preferably, 24 hrs prior to your flight.

What is the minimum age for a flight?

14 years old is the minimum age for a sightseeing flight.

Are there any physical requirements to participate in a sight seeing flight?

Accepted Answer

Passengers must be able to get into and out of the aircraft without assistance. Must be able to hear and see for safety of flight needs. Must not have any health restrictions that would hinder their ability to participate in the sightseeing flight.

Do you offer Aerobatic Flights?

Yes, with the purchase of the Big Dog package. An additional $25.00 fee is required for parachute rental.
